Some more images during the International Day at SSIS

The Laban Sign. In order context it's "loser sign" but in our Filipino context the "L" sign means "Laban" or Fight. The instrumental gesture during the EDSA 1. I created this using blocks of styrofoam. Then used paper mache. Finally painted in gold acrylic with a bit of tar in the base.  

International Week Booth Display

In our school, we created this booth during the international week. The chosen important personality was Cory Aquino. I decided to create a 1m x 2m piece as part of this booth exhibition. I wrote the words of "Bayan Ko" in Alibata in the middle, both Cory and Ninoy Aquino on both sides. Again I used "tar" my favorite media in this yellow and golden background.
